Random Relevation...English Class [September 28, 2005 @ 3:22pm] [ mood | accomplished ] [ music | I can || Nas ] Random Relevation I had in english class: The best we do is what we do every single day. Even if you say "I could have done better...bla bla bla" You did the best you could have, otherwise you would have done better. And for all of you who are saying "Well I would have gotten an A if I had studied..." Yeah, IF, but you didn't because that was the choice YOU made because its the type of person you are, so you knew you weren't going to study, and based on that, you did the best you could. So heres something to keep in mind: Every single day, you are better than you were yesterday. So don't let anyone stop you or tell you otherwise, because they might be ahead of you, but personal goals are just that: PERSONAL. So guess what? You rock. I'm telling you this because everyone needs to hear it. I needed to hear it yesterday, and someone told me, so I'm doing you all the same favor. If you read this, do what you will with it, but don't forget the words, and if someone you know needs to hear it, tell them. Its not a lie, and its not some big fluffy load of bullshit, its the truth. You couldnt do things yesterday you can do today and tomorrow you will do even more. So don't worry if you can't dance as well as the girl next to you (coughmecough) because she couldn't dance like that yesterday, and you will be able to in a few days, maybe even tomorrow. I want to let you all know that. Because we were talking about that in english, and everyone says your best is something you can't reach, but you can, because you do it everyday, and then your goals move higher. Emn... LAST TUESDAY: Vague recolections of pain involving ballet. Wednesday: I worked. Woo... Thursday: Uhmm cell group. That was pretty awesome. :) going again in 2 weeks. I like it. Friday: No work, that was pleasant. Saturday: Work. School bonfire. Pretty fun stuff. Had me a good time. :) Headbanged with Mollly. Heck yes. Monday: I worked. No HW. That was so hott. I loved it. Kory came over for a half an hour before I left for work which was nice. Because it was the 19th. :) Tuesday: Had to work. Missed ballet. It made me sad. Daddy made me though, because I fell asleep in the car on the way home from work. Never working another Tuesday again. I told him I'd do it just this once but if he puts me on for another Tuesday, I won't work. I can't miss dance. Wednesday: Oh snap.. It IS Wednesday... Got my pictures taken at target. I will so post them when they are done. I am totally in need of help on this essay. I fail. lol no, but its hard to write it in a though provoking and interesting manner. But. Mr Morris is the man. Does someone want to explain this to me? First, I can't do dance team. My issue is I had to work during tryouts. And I didn't know the teacher who was running them until AFTER. So I couldn't talk to her. So all is okay because I have hip-hop & ballet...right? WRONG. I am not allowed to do hip-hop cuz dad doesn't want to drive. And I'd ask Tracy, but with her mom and Melissa, shes got enough to deal with nowadays besides giving me rides. So yeah, in a nutshell, I get pretty much shafted. Gotta freaking love when that happens. Pretty much in a crappy mood right now. I feel like crying. I never cry. This is gay. I can't wait till I can drive so that I won't get fat(ter) from lack of exercise and bored from lack of activities. I love dance and I just want to be able to dance. But no. Mehegan, Morris, MacStravic, & Reil. So, Mehegan, is crazy, gets off topic, but is a good teacher. Had him last year, he's cool. Morris, is wicked nice, and has a cool way of doing things. I already love his class. MacStravic, is a math geek, extremely proud of it, likes the scary picture of a boy on his door (kinky?) but actually has a clue, which is nice. Reil, is perpetually obsessed with chemically disfiguring ta-tas and plumbing, (lmao) Takes us on random "pilgramiges" to the bathroom to see how stuff works, but again, actually knows what hes talking about, and is pretty damn funny.
